Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for choosing lightweight titanium and acetate eyeglass frames, checking fit, arranging prescription lenses, caring for your glasses, and managing delivery and returns.

Product details come first. Material, measurements, color options, weight, and lens compatibility can vary by model. Use the individual product page as the source of truth, and ask a qualified optician about prescription fitting.

Fit and frame

How do I choose the right frame size?

Start with the measurements shown on the product page: lens width, bridge width, temple length, and total frame width when available. Compare them with a pair you already wear, then use the model’s narrow, regular, or larger-face guidance. If a measurement is missing, contact us before ordering.

Which frame shape should I choose for my face?

Choose the shape you will reach for most often. Round and oval profiles create a softer look, while square and rectangular profiles add definition; cat-eye and browline shapes create a more pronounced top line. Face-shape advice is a styling guide, not a guarantee of fit, so check the measurements as well.

Are WAIVUE frames unisex?

Many WAIVUE models are designed as unisex everyday frames. The product page may also identify a model as better suited to smaller, regular, or larger faces. Fit measurements matter more than the gender label.

What materials are WAIVUE frames made from?

Materials vary by model. Current listings include pure titanium, beta-titanium, and acetate styles. Check the material field and product description for the exact frame you are considering; do not assume every frame has the same construction.

How light are the frames?

Weight varies by shape and construction. The oval titanium model is listed at approximately 7-8 g, while another beta-titanium model is listed at around 9 g. The product page’s model-specific weight is the reliable reference, and fitted lenses will add weight.

Lenses and care

Are prescription lenses included?

Unless a product page explicitly says otherwise, WAIVUE listings are for the frame only and do not include prescription lens power. After choosing a frame, take it to your optician for lens selection and fitting.

Can my optician fit my prescription lenses?

Ask your optician to confirm that your prescription, pupillary distance, lens thickness, and the frame’s shape and measurements are suitable. The optician should also complete the fitting and any adjustments. WAIVUE does not replace an eye examination or professional fitting.

Do the frames include blue-light, UV, or polarized protection?

Those features come from the lenses, not the frame. Some product listings mention compatibility with blue-light-filtering or other lens options, but this is model-specific. Check the exact listing and confirm the lens specification with your optician before purchasing.

How do I choose a color or finish?

Color options vary by model. For example, the oval titanium frame is listed in Gold and Silver, while other styles may offer black, gold, golden, or silver finishes. Select the exact variant shown on the product page; screen settings can make finishes look slightly different.

How should I clean and store my glasses?

Rinse dust away with clean water, dry with a clean microfiber cloth, and keep the frames in a protective case when you are not wearing them. Avoid paper towels, household cleaners, hair spray, and high heat, which can scratch or damage lenses and coatings.

Can I adjust the temples or nose pads myself?

Do not bend the frame at home. A qualified optician can adjust the temples or nose pads with the right tools and check that the lenses remain secure. Use both hands when taking the glasses on or off to reduce uneven pressure on the hinges.

Orders and support

What exactly will I receive?

Check the individual product page for the listed product and any included accessories. Unless the listing says lenses are included, the purchase is a frame only. Review the selected color or style before adding the item to your cart.

How long does delivery take?

WAIVUE offers worldwide shipping and the current policy lists free shipping. Processing and transit depend on the destination and service; allow up to 7-10 days where the policy or checkout estimate indicates that window. A tracking email is sent after dispatch. See the Transportation Policy for the current details.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

Possibly. Any customs, duties, or import charges assessed by your destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Check local rules before ordering if you are shipping internationally.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact waivuee@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. We will check the order status; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch, so please review the frame, color, and shipping details before payment.

What is the return process for an eyewear order?

WAIVUE publishes a 30-day return policy. Items generally need to be unworn or unused, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. Email waivuee@gmail.com to request a return; if accepted, we will provide a return label. After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, usually within 7-10 business days. EU orders may also have a 14-day cooling-off right. Read the Return and Refund Policy before sending anything back.

What if my frame arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us immediately with your order number, product name, a short description, and clear photos of the frame and packaging. Keep the packaging until support gives you instructions so we can investigate the delivery issue.

How do I contact WAIVUE support?

Email waivuee@gmail.com, use the chat widget during Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, or submit the Contact Us form. For an order question, include the order number and the email used at checkout. Never send a payment-card number or account password.
